1. Acceptance
By accessing this website operated by Agarwals Professionals Network ("APN"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
This site currently presents information about APN and lets you request early access to a forthcoming business-only network. Access to the network is by invitation and at our discretion. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
3. Information accuracy
Editorial content — including articles on community heritage and spotlights of public figures — is provided for general information and is drawn from widely-available public sources. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranty that all content is complete, current or error-free. Nothing here is professional, financial or legal advice.
Public figures featured on the site are independent individuals. Their inclusion is editorial and does not imply they are members of, affiliated with, or endorsing APN.
4. Intellectual property
The APN name, branding, text and original artwork are owned by APN or its licensors. Photographs of third parties are used under the licences noted alongside them (for example, Creative Commons licences via Wikimedia Commons) and remain the property of their respective authors. Company and product names referenced on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us at hello@apnintl.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APN is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
