Agarwals Professionals Network ("APN", "we", "us") operates this website to build a business-only network for the global Agarwal community. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site and how we use it.

2. What we collect

When you request access via our waitlist form, you may provide: your name, surname/gotra, email address, company name, industry/sector, city and country, and a description of the business you are looking to do. We also record the date and time of your submission and a system-derived eligibility result based on your surname.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. Standard, privacy-respecting server and content-delivery logs (for example, IP address and request metadata) may be processed by our hosting providers to deliver and secure the site.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you submit solely to: review your request for membership, communicate with you about access and onboarding, and operate, secure and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing spam.

4. Legal basis

Where applicable law requires it, we process your information on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and growing a trusted business network. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored using cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services). Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. How long we keep it

We retain waitlist information for as long as needed to evaluate and manage your potential membership, and to comply with our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@apnintl.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Children

This is a professional business network intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will revise the date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
